It is in the space that once housed the former Doral Catering Center. The off-track wagering facility is 27,000 square feet and spread over two floors. It features a bar, restaurant, various wagering lounges, and a Director’s Room for more private race viewing.

The facility was expanded to 27,000-square-feet in 2000 and now features a glass enclosed dining area with views of the stadiums and Philadelphia skyline.
The South Philadelphia Turf Club features a variety of high definition TVs and digital monitors for race viewing. Parx Racing applied for a license to operate a sportsbook on the property in August 2018.
The Valley Forge Turf Club is located right near Valley Forge National Park off Exit 24 of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
The classically designed club was built to be an off-track wagering facility and the decor pays homage to Pennsylvania’s rich horse racing history.

Penn National Gaming owns and operates two off-track wagering facilities in Central Pennsylvania. Both facilities charge a $1 admission fee and are open to anyone 18 and up. The organization says its focus is on offering patrons the chance to watch and bet on races from across the country in a customer-friendly environment.
The Lancaster OTW is on Lincoln Highway East in Lancaster. It features a full simulcast schedule, live tellers and standalone and tableside self-service machines for wagering. There are also several seating areas with TVs for race viewing. There are non-smoking and smoking areas.

The Downs at East Stroudsburg is located off Exit 309 on Route 80 in the Poconos.
The facility features simulcast thoroughbred and harness racing from across North America. It also includes a themed sports bar with giant screen televisions for various game and race viewing.
The Downs at Lehigh Valley is on Airport Road in Allentown. The 28,000 square-foot off-track wagering facility features races on dozens of TV screens of varying sizes.
There is a large center bar serving drinks and a full-service dining room where patrons can dine and watch races at the same time.
The Meadows Racetrack and Casino in Washington has previously built three OTB facilities. There is now only one in operation.
Meadows Harmar opened in 1991 on Anchor Drive in Pittsburgh’s Harmar Township.
The Meadows Harmar features a full-service restaurant and bar with seating for more than 100. Plus, there’s an outdoor deck. Patrons can watch simulcast races from all over the country on one of 250 TV screens in the facility.
